Tonight’s Saxon Shore Philadelphia listening party at the Khyber is now a house show at 38th and Baring Street, 326 N. 38th Street to be exact, on the southwest corner of the intersection. Philly kids, come out and give the Saxons a proper send off and hear the new record before the rest of the world. The Brooklyn listening party and in-store rock will still be at Soundfix.
We’re going to see the Cubs play tonight in the bleachers and I’m excited.
We had an amazing peanut butter and pirates party on Saturday combining the celebration of Talk Like a Pirate Day with an excuse to try a million kinds of weird peanut butter. It was also an excuse to inflict vigilante justice on a parrot pinata filled with candy.
