There’s a review of the new Unwed Sailor Circles cdep on Indie Workshop. Johnathon is going into the studio today to make some final tweaks to The White Ox and claims that there will be some pennywhistles added to one of the tracks. We should be on track to have the 2xLP vinyl version of Circles and The White Ox out in mid-summer and The White Ox cd out in September.
Thanks to everyone who came out to send Saxon Shore off in Philadepliha Sunday night. They’re on a short tour with dates with Denison Witmer and Anathallo, so be sure to check them out when they bring the rock in your town. I also got to see Boston’s Caspian on Monday night with John Mallinen, John Frances, and Birdie Busch.
I’m off to see Pelican and Mono tonight and Mogwai tomorrow night as the Phillies continue their bloody trail of terror through the National League East.
