Soporus are playing tonight at The Infantree Gallery in Lancaster, 21 N. Prince Street. They’re playing with our good friends LATRALMAGOG. Show starts at 8:30 and will be awesome. Hope to see you there.
Yndi Halda are playing a special Christmas show for charity sponsored by The Deku Tree. It will be at the Holy Trinity Church in Leeds on 22 December. They’re going to be playing Enjoy Eternal Bliss and recording it for a live cd/dvd release.
I’ve added a few more dates for Unwed Sailor’s tour. This Will Destroy You will be with them and the tour starts tonight in Chicago.
The Max Richter performance as part of the Wordless Music series was incredible. There was a 5 piece string section to play alongside Max’s piano/keyboard/computer. They played nearly all of The Blue Notebooks. It was in a small church sanctuary and the sound was really incredible.
We also got to visit The Doughnut Plant to have some of the best donuts I’ve ever tasted.

Unwed Sailor are currently on tour and have dates over the next two weeks throughout the midwest. Go see them play. I’ve also posted some more confirmed dates for another Unwed Sailor tour in late November through mid-December.
Saxon Shore are playing three shows, tonight in Brooklyn, tomorrow in the Philadelphia area, Saturday in Fredonia.
Yndi Halda are playing with Audrey in London on Sunday for everyone in the UK.
Lots of Starflyer 59 test pressings have arrived. All remaining 7″ were sent out yesterday to test pressing series subscribers and they should be arriving tomorrow or Saturday. In the biggest news yet for the series, we have finally decided on where the boxes are going to be manufactured. We’re finalizing the details for the design and hope to have them ready for the third shipment in the series (late November/early December).
The label and cover designs have been sent out for Emperor X The Blythe Archives Volume One one-sided LP. I’ll be posting this for pre-order very soon.
I’m going to be in Chicago this weekend and then Austin for the next two weeks so mail order will be a little slower until I return, but the backlog of orders should be cleared for the most part.

Drowned in Sound gives a glowing review to Yndi Halda’s Tokyo show. Sounds like it was awesome, they gave it 10 out of 10. They’re playing the Dream Machine festival in the UK later in August, info is here.
I’ll be in Copenhagen this weekend, should be fun.
