More Evidence To Confirm Why Emperor X Should Be Your Favorite

Emperor X performing “Bashling” from Tectonic Membrane/ Thin Strip on an Edgeless Platform on 27 February 2010 in a tunnel near Glendale Blvd. and Alvarado St. in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. Video by Zack Price.

I could watch this all day.

Nailed to the (Emperor) X

We’ve kept this under our hat for a while…Chad (aka Emperor X) has been holed up in a Dallas home recording studio feverishly tracking, mixing, and editing material that will become The Blythe Archives Volumes 2 and 3. These will be released in some format on Burnt Toast Vinyl later in 2010, most definitely on LP, most probably on cd, and downloads, too. And we’re excited about that. Emperor X will be touring throughout the year, so look for dates on the btv site, as well as emperorx.net. The live show is such an incredible experience, it is not to be missed.
