So the Red Sox finally won. I’m not sure the Cardinals thought those 4 games were for real. They sent the team that all of the sports writers picked to finish in the middle of the pack at the beginning of the season. No more talk about ridiculous superstition, Boston. You couldn’t even burn your city down in the celebratory rioting. Copenhagen, Mt. Eerie vinyl has arrived to your fair city. Washington Inc. is hosting a special Phil Elverum party sometime soon, look around for details if you’re interested. :::scott:::

I’m back from Thailand for another week in Singapore. I was in Hat Yai, a fairly large city, and Songkhla, a sleepy little beach town just outside. Today, I’m happy because I just found out that the Dodgers won their division and will be in the playoffs for the first time since 1996. Go LA! Jason Martin found the master to the Starflyer 59 one-sided LP and this will be mastered this week. LPs will be ready in time for their tour with Pedro the Lion and pre-orders will ship as soon as possible once the vinyl is back from the factory. By the way, Mikael came across these words about the Mt. Eerie : Live in Copenhagen 3xLP. I found this brief article of note from the WKDU Communique where I was once a DJ way back in the day. It makes us happy to find that people are enjoying the set as much as we have. I hope there are more out there enjoying the vinyl, too. For those interested, I was 9th in the Burnt Toast Vinyl fantasy baseball league. Willis took the prize. :::scott:::
