The test pressings for the Damien Jurado one sided LP have been approved and everything should be arriving near the end of the month. Denison Witmer and Reels of White Softly Flow will be joining Unwed Sailor on 6 November in Philadelphia. The show is at 239 S. 10th Street, so come and check it out. It will start promptly at 8pm and end close to 10pm. Word has it that the Jetenderpaul 7″ are fighting their way through Norwegian customs and will soon be en route to the US. Jeremy Dybash, the artist responsible for the artwork of Damien Jurado’s Four Songs, has just finished the etching for the obverse of the record. There were some inital problems with the etching that we fixed. We are hoping to have this release available at the end of October or beginning of November. Also, Neil Halstead from Mojave 3 has committed to participate in the series. More details on his release will be announced as soon. It is planned that several one-sided LPs will be released between now and 2003. Denison may play a special show tonight in Boise, Idaho with our friend Jason who is A Boy Named Thor, was once a Philadelphia resident, and whose records brings smiles to our faces.
