Jess and I were in Indiana for a few days, leaving just after my hometown, Marion, was plowed out from under the 8″ of snow they got on Thursday. I was excited to find some high speed wireless internet at a place called Beatniks Cafe in the downtown. Matthew and I were able to communicate well enough to get all of the orders out in time for Christmas. I’m on vacation this week and will be organizing the btv stock in the compound. I’m listening to Brian Wilson’s Smile album on LP and it’s sounding amazing. Reels of White Softly Flow will be playing two shows this week: Thursday at The Chameleon (Lizard Lounge) in Lancaster, PA at 8pm and Saturday in Philadelphia at artist studios located at 22nd and Mt. Vernon at 7pm or so. See you there. Saxon Shore are mastering their new ep on 10 January with Alan at West West Side. The ep is called “Luck Will Not Save Us From a Jackpot of Nothing.” After mastering, Ben Volta is finishing the artwork for the ep and everything should be ready for the Spring. Congratulations to Matthew and Carrie on their engagement. :::scott:::
