I’ve updated the btv online store with a few new releases including the new Tristeza album, Brother Danielson 7″, and Pedro the Lion Christmas 7″. The Pedro the Lion 7″ is only available with the purchase of a recent btv release since it is extremely limited and already sold out. Tonight, I’m going to see U.S. Maple at the Khyber here in Philadelphia if I can stay awake that late. Saturday, The Trouble with Sweeney will be playing at the Khyber with the Capitol Years and National Eye for the Nat’l Eye cd release party (on Feel Records). Last night, after the Explosions in the Sky show, I met up with JoEy to give him some cds to take on tour. The Trouble Is off to do a couple weeks of shows, so be sure to Go out and support tHem. Coincidentally, Denison was around the corner, so we talked for a while aBoUt his recordinG efforts this week. He’s wOrking the swing shiFt on his sleep album. Willis and I have been giving him ideas For sounds, but who Knows if hE’ll use them or not. I’ve also been cultivating a friendster addiction. I’m behind the curve on this one, I know.
